International multiple item orders: Many of our international customers like to wait until we have their entire order
ready to ship before shipping their orders. This generally will cost much less than making multiple shipments.
Occasionally, our distributors will run out of stock on an item. If this happens, we will continue to reorder
the backordered item until the item is received or until our customer provides us with a suitable substitution
or cancels the item in question.
Return requests must be brought to our attention within 10 days of receipt and authorised returns must hit the post box within 14 days of receipt.
What can be returned: Pinup clothing and Accessories can be returned if the intent to return is brough to our attention within 10 days of receipt.
Please pay attention to the size chart on our site to make sure you are ordering the right size.
Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.
Clearance items with a special sales price can't be returned.
Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned.
Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.
Returns for refund: Must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt.
A 10% restocking fee will be applied on all returns for refund. After 7 days we will consider return for store credit if brought to our attention within 10 days of receipt.RETURNS:

What cannot be returned:
Now, as I'm sure you expect, I cant take returns on items of intimate nature. So please choose carefully and feel free to ask me as many question as you need.
For example, lingerie, panties,tassels, pasties and pantyhose are considered intimate apparel and can not be returned.
For International orders the accepted time frame for returns is 14 days for refunds and up to 30 days for store credit. Thank you!
